Cut the dairy, not enough calcium?

It is often asked "Where will I find my daily dose of calcium if I cut dairy out from my Paleo lifestyle?" The answer is simple, in the same place that cows found it.... in greens!

The next question: how much calcium is there in vegetables? There is as much calcium in Kale as in milk.   Of course, 8 ounce of Kale is a good amount - you get the point?! 1 cup of spinach
3 oz of sardine
1/2 cup of homemade, rhubarb and crushed almonds mix.... miam!
And voila! 1000mg of calcium!

The SUN helps you to better absorb calcium, and eating more meat increases your need for calcium.
