We go for a 2 in 1 one today! Leptin AND breakfast!

Paleo Breakfast Pancake
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 egg whites
2 organic whole eggs
Salt and pepper
A string of olive oil
2 cups of baby spinach saut for 1 minute with 1 tbsp of oil @ medium heat.
6 ounces of cherry tomatoes saut for 3 - 4 minutes with 1 tbsp of oil @ medium heat.
1 ounce of goat cheese (if you're not following the paleo diet)
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat your frying pan for 30 seconds
Mix the eggs. Place the sauted spinach and tomatoes onto a plate.
Spray the pan with olive oil, poor just enough egg mixture to cover the bottom of the pan (you want to form a thin pancake).
Cook for 1 minute. With a spatula, slightly undo the ends during cooking. Gently, turn over the pancake. Immediately remove the pan from the heat and place the sautedspinach and tomatoes in the center of the pancake. Roll one side of the pancake towards the center and roll completely. Place the spatula under the rolled pancake and slowly tilt the pan towards your plate causing it to gently fall onto your plate.
Enjoy!

Leptin
Today we turn the page, we shuffle things over, we improve our mood, we gain energy, and.... lose fat!
As I will explain, everything is focused on LEPTIN, the remarkable weight loss hormone.
If you've tried restrictive diets without any success, you know that there is more to weight loss than just CALORIES ENERGY EXPENDITURE...
There is a chance that your weight problem has nothing to do with a lack of discipline or motivation, but simply a hormonal imbalance. While there are still many of us that believe that weight loss is only a question of motivation, eating less and increasing our energy expenditure, recent research shows that the problem is much more complex, and involves several different factors.
A key factor is how Leptin influences the body, and its ability to help shed the extra pounds.
What do hormones have to do with weight loss?
Leptin plays an important role in the control of appetite, metabolism and weight loss. It is the natural mechanism for our bodies to control weight, and our bodies produces it naturally.
Leptin - regulator of weight and metabolism:
It tells our brain how much fat we have in our bodies. As its level increases, our appetite diminishes. When its level reduces, our appetite increases.
It regulates the fat usage ratio. When Leptin level increases, our metabolism increases. The reverse is also true.
Leptin resistance
The body does not always listen to all messages sent by Leptin to the brain. If our brain does not process the message sent by Leptin, metabolism is not stimulated and our appetite increases. Resistance to Leptin may make weight loss very difficult. What causes this resistance? The typical lifestyle: Fast food, no exercise, too much stress and not enough sleep.
